    Note the showy plumelike clusters of small yellow-rayed blossoms (each blossom with 3-5 rays) and the seet, aniselike odor of the crushed leaves. The slender parallel-veined leaves are toothless, smooth, and show tiny transparent dots when held up to the sun 1 1/2 - 3 feet tall.
