Method: Try adding a leaf or two to your soup or stock, it will add a definite "je ne sais quoi" that you'll be craving the next time you make soup without it.
They are also a very good addition to salads or sandwiches. Or you could try crushing some up and adding the juices to a marinade. A very delicious plant.
